Self-Care for the Writer's Soul is designed to help you give back to your writer-self. As a writer, you may be more used to giving of yourself than to yourself. But it's time to invest in self-care and recharge. You're worth it!

How it Works
As soon as you enroll in Self-Care for the Writer's Soul, you will gain access to the first day. For the remainder of the course, you’ll receive an email each day with a link to access new course material. Each day is designed to take 20-30 minutes, or more if you choose. Think of it as a coffee break, a little time for yourself. We intentionally kept it short enough to fit into your schedule while providing the support, inspiration, and tools you need to nurture and replenish your writer-self.
Every day when you stop by, you’ll be introduced to a new discussion topic, and you’ll listen to a guided mediation that will help you align and connect. You’ll then have a writing exercise and a task to complete at your convenience, and you'll be invited to share your thoughts and progress with others on a discussion board.
You will have lifetime access to all the course materials after you have made your way through, including all 5 meditations. Whenever you need a refresher or a pick-me-up, stop by. Self-Care for the Writer's Soul is a place for you, and you are always welcome.
